Partners

Three ways in. One kind of partnership.

Three kinds of companies. Each wants a brand the US market can recognize, price, and buy again. If that is not the aim, we are not the partner.

01

The channel is not the strategy.

You need two decisions, in this order. First the brand: who it is for, what it costs, and what it will not claim. Then the ecommerce: Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or another direct store, and any other channel that can carry that decision without cheapening it.

AEG does both. The listing, the ad account, and the store come after the offer is clear. If the plan is only to get onto a marketplace, the US customer meets whoever listed the product first.

  • Positioning, price, and the catalog a US shopper should see.
  • Amazon, Walmart, and DTC, chosen because each one earns the brand.
  • One story, on every channel that carries the name.

02

International brands entering the US

Brands known at home, thin or absent in the United States. Sometimes already selling a little, with the image and the price set by whoever listed the product first.

We act as your US brand and commerce arm. That means the positioning, the price, the catalog the US should see, and the channels — Amazon and the others that deserve the brand — run against that plan.

The public cases, and the limits of what we claim about them, are on Brand Launches.

How we handle the move

03

Factories and manufacturers that want to become brands

You make the product. We turn it into a brand US customers can recognize, price, and return to. You keep manufacturing. AEG handles the brand, the channels, and the ongoing US operation.

  • Control over pricing and brand image, instead of random Amazon resellers.
  • Marketplace and logistics practice you do not have to staff a US team to get.
  • A model that can include performance and shared upside, for manufacturers who want a partner with something at stake.

If one of the three is you, request the call.
