Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026.

Who we are

AEG Accelerator LLC, United States, is the controller for personal data collected on this site. For a privacy request, email [email protected].

This notice covers aegaccelerator.com. It is written for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area as well as elsewhere.

What we collect

You can read the site without giving us your name. We collect personal data only in the cases below.

Contact form. If you send a brief, the form collects your name, email, company, country, current US sales, the channels you select, your message, the page you sent it from, and any campaign parameters that were already in the address you used. The browser sends that to Web3Forms, which delivers it to our inbox.

Calendly. Booking details are collected only if you click to open Calendly. Calendly then receives what you enter there, such as your name, email, and the time you choose. We receive the booking so we can hold the call.

Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard security logs of requests, including IP address, browser, and the page requested, so it can serve and protect the site. Aggregate visit counts, when collected, use Cloudflare Web Analytics. That product does not use cookies. No analytics or advertising cookie is set when a page loads.

If the link you followed contains campaign parameters, the browser keeps them in session storage for that visit and adds them to the form and to a Calendly link you open. Session storage is not a cookie. It clears when you close the tab.

Why we use it

We use the form and a booking to reply to you and to take steps before a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR and of the EU GDPR.

We use security logs, and aggregate visit counts when they are on, to keep the site available and to see which pages are used. We do not use them to advertise to you. The legal basis is legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Our interest is running a secure site. You can object. Email the address above and we will weigh the request.

You do not have to send the form or open the calendar. If you do, we need a name, an email, a company, and a country to reply.

Cookies

This site does not set a cookie when a page loads. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

If you open Calendly, Calendly may set its own cookies. What it sets, and why, is in Calendly’s privacy policy.

Who else handles it

We use these processors. Each one is a service this site actually calls.

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, keeps the security logs, and provides the cookieless aggregate analytics described above.
  • Web3Forms receives the contact form and emails it to us. Its notice describes its own infrastructure and spam checks.
  • Calendly handles a booking only after you open it.
  • Our email provider holds the inbox that receives the Web3Forms message, so we can read it and reply. The form is not sent to an advertising network.

Type on the public pages is served from this site, not from a font service. The private editor at /admin loads its script from jsDelivr. That page is not part of the public site.

International transfers

We are in the United States, and the processors above may handle personal data there. When data moves from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the safeguard is Standard Contractual Clauses, including the UK Addendum where it applies, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete it. If a client relationship follows, we keep what that work requires, and then delete it. A booking is kept with the enquiry. Cloudflare keeps security logs for the period on the hosting account.

Your rights

If the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to you, you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of the data you sent us. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a use relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. The uses on this page rely on the bases above, not on consent. Opening Calendly is your choice.

Email [email protected] to use a right. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country. We will respond within one month, as those laws require.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not use profiling that produces a legal or similar effect.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
